17/52 Red Leader

So I recently set myself up with a carshoot with a friend, things with my lighting didn’t go according to plan, however it wasn’t all a loss. I did have fun doing a couple of rollers, and this particular one was my favorite. The car I shot was a 67’ Camaro and damn was it a sight and the colors reminded me of “Red Leader” from starwars. I just had to shoot it.

I had to admit it was fun, during the process while I was on the phone coordinating the rollers, my friend who was driving almost hit another car when we were changing lanes and i was freaking out because half of myself was sticking out and the couple who was driving on the lane we were suppose to be on gave me a death glare haha. By the time we exited the freeway and we did the “Chinese fire escape” by jumping out of the car parked and switching seats so I can drive us home. Quite a Saturday evening.

52 week, to test my skills as a photographer, to force myself to bring my camera with me and be more creative with my shots, to learn new techniques and styles of photography. Welcome to my adventure
